Starting Gold is 500g! 36-Point-Buy! And find the rest of your race info in your own Player Handbook, Expanded Psionics, and Races of the Wild. For classes, pick any starting packages for your items.
For races that naturally have a level adjustment, do not add the bonuses until you pass the level adjustment in levels. For example a level 3 Thri-Kreen gets his racial bonuses at that level. Treat leveling up as if you have the level adjustment.
Weight is not Incorporated within reasonable amount. Abuse of this will not be tolerated and will result in... "a boot to the head".
